Privacy policy
Ledgerline is a business tracking app. This policy explains what happens to the information you put into it. The short version: it stays on your device, and we never receive it.
Information you enter
The income, expenses, customer and vendor names, notes, goals and settings you enter are saved only in your browser's storage on the device you're using. They are not sent to us or to anyone else. We have no way to see, collect or recover them.
Accounts
Ledgerline does not have user accounts. We don't ask for your name, email address, phone number or payment details.
Analytics, ads and tracking
Ledgerline does not use analytics, advertising, tracking cookies or third-party trackers, and we do not sell or share any data.
Services Ledgerline relies on
- Netlify hosts the website and app files. Like most web hosts, it may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and request times, for security and reliability. See Netlify's privacy policy.
- Google Fonts provides the typefaces. When the app loads, your browser requests font files from Google. See Google's privacy policy.
Backups
The Copy backup feature copies your data to your device's clipboard so you can save it wherever you choose. Where that copy goes is up to you.
Deleting your data
Use Settings → Erase all data in the app, uninstall the app, or clear this site's data in your browser settings. Because we never hold your data, there's nothing for us to delete on our side.
Children
Ledgerline is intended for business owners and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
